What You can Expect From Our Adult Jujitsu Lessons
- You will get in GREAT SHAPE while having a lot of FUN!
- You will get a deeper understanding of motion as you learn Jujitsu application to your Karate movements.
- You will learn basic Self Defense against a variety of mugging and striking scenarios.
- You will learn how to position your body to lessen the impact when falling while learning how to throw your opponent / attacker like a Judoka (Judo Player).
- You will learn how to manipulate your opponent’s body through Joint Manipulation and Locking. Our teaching of Japanese Jujitsu here at The Martial Arts Center in Tucker differentiates us from the other Jujitsu practices being taught around Tucker and Atlanta.
Our goal is to effectively and safely teach you how to Fall, Throw, Joint Lock, Choke and Ground Grapple.
